fantastic stay at the hotel
walk-in shower improved food great staff
I had a superior double room. It was perfect. the bathroom featured a walk-in shower. i was actually surprised by the improved food quality, such fresh food. the staff was really great and couldn't do enough to ensure i had a great holiday.

The renovated room impressed me with its modern style. The hotel's cleanliness impressed me and I found the staff great. The location offered convenient access to local attractions and nearby amenities (everything was within walking distance).

noisy generator poor cleanliness
the hotel location is good, close to the beach.
The room i had faced the road and a generator. it was very noisy and made it difficult to relax on the balcony. the cleanliness was not great. My floor and balcony were not cleaned . the maid left cleaning chemicals in my bathroom.

attentive service good variety helpful staff members warm gesture
i visited this hotel for my third year and it kept standards high. the hotel remains excellent, the service is attentive. we went all inclusive this time, the food was really good. ALL staff members were excellent and always helpful. location is ideal as the beach and restaurants are close. we found sparkling wine in the room, it was a warm gesture.
the corridors outside rooms did seem a bit dirty sometimes. it was a minor issue though.
